My motivation for playing this time is to
maintain my 30 pound weight loss from the first round, and be an
encouragement to my family and friends trying to do the same for
themselves.
What works best for me is a) smaller
portions and b) sensible eating habits. I don't need the chocolate I was
addicted to, and desserts aren't necessary (except for Wednesdays at
Sharon's).
My biggest difficulty is getting in mid-week
exercising. I've got the eating part down, but I can't ignore the
exercise part that must go with it.
My personal goal is to get down to 125 lbs.
I haven't seen that number since the 1970's!
